We are humbled to walk as guardians of Cacao ~ holding her with love, integrity, and deep reverence.

Our cacao is sourced in relationship through The Cacao Ambassador, who works intimately with communities. Their approach is rooted in listening and reciprocity, supporting each community in a way that supports them to thrive, not in a one size fits all.

This is what relationship-based Cacao means.

Cacao’s Magic

Cacao is more than just a drink, she is an ancient plant medicine that has been used in ceremony for thousands of years. Traditionally known as “food of the gods” she was shared to open the heart, deepen connection, and honour the cycles of nature… cacao invites us to slow down and remember what truly matters.

Cacao offers a gentle, sustained energy through out our day, she is rich in iron, magnesium, antioxidants and mood-enhancing compounds. More than this, Cacaos spirit ignites presence that guides us back into our bodies, our creativity and our communities.

Meet Ayla & Georgia

We are the heartbeat behind Mumma Cacao.

Our story began years ago on the lands of Central America, where we were both individually connected with the plant spirit of Cacao. We met one another on a dusty dance floor in Costa Rica and we eventually crossed paths again back here in Australia, after many years of enjoying this plant medicine together, the seed of Mumma Cacao was planted. 

For over six years, Cacao has been one of our greatest allies. She is more than a delicious morning elixir, she is medicine, an anchor and a daily companion. A presence that gently weaves her way into our lives.

Through cacao, our hearts have softened.
Our devotion to ceremony has deepened.
And we’ve deepened our relationship with the plant world.

It is our mission to walk as guardians of this medicine ~ to work with Cacao in a way that honors the lands she grows from and the hands that care for her.

We are here to support and inspire women from all walks of life through ceremony, self-devotion, and remembrance. To nurture a deeper allyship with Cacao, one rooted in reverence, right relationship and respect.
